They never showed up to give an estimate. They said they would come out on 6/25/25 no call no show. I received a text on 6/26/25 at 8:32 to confirm an appointment for 6/26/25 I waited till 1:30 and called to cancel appointment due to not being able to wait another full day for someone to come out to give me an estimate for much needed electrical work around my house.
I contacted Rx Electric for an estimate on installing fans indoors and outside, attaching a GFCI control to a hot tub, and retrofitting our kitchen lights to use LED technology. Rx Electric promised to complete all in one day, and they did. The estimate initially given was honest and fair. There were no problems, and the price of all the electrical work was the same as the estimate. Before the installation date, the owner visited the property again to confirm our contract. Despite changing what I wanted before the installation date, the owner showed patience, understanding, and professionalism. And yes, in the month previous to the installation date, I changed the work order. There was a hold on the shipment due to the tariff uncertainty in the air after I had ordered the fans. I nervously checked with the company when I hadn’t received the lights and fans I ordered from another distributor. I panicked because I thought I would be charged the amount on the contract even if the product was not available. Jillian of RX Electric took my call and assured me everything would be fine. Well, thing s worked out the shipment arrived the week before the installation date. The day before the install the company contacted me as a friendly reminder. The owner, Robert and assistant, Joe came on time , completed the work , cleaned up and discarded the old items , they even vacuumed. They were so quiet and on task I was pleased with their customer service and work. I took a chance on RXElectric and I’m glad I did. They changed our dated 20-year-old lights to LED. Everyone in the company was courteous and professional. Thank you! RXElectric
