I've never had this kind of training!... And I needed it. I go the gym and do typical workouts (machines or free wights), but RxFit is able to work with me on the 'inefficiency' muscles that help me accomplish the goal of strength and mobility. I'm building the infastructure to carry myself and the muscles I build. They are very knowledgeable and the workouts are fun. Just started their meal service and -- for someone who has used meal kits, chefs, etc to solve the food problem -- their delivered meals are the winner.
Danny’s training and nutrition services with macro-perfect meals have changed our lives. Now we are getting stronger and healthier than I thought possible. We love having delicious, high-protein meals ready to heat and eat in 2 minutes. Absolutely can’t recommend this company enough.
My goal was to regain mobility and strength after a mild stroke that I knew could create a cascade of issues. I have been very pleased with my trainers. Claire works with me most days. She is knowledgeable, kind, a good listener, and pushes me just the right amount. I have been very pleased with my increase in strength, stability, mobility, and confidence. Danny also sees me once a week. He, in his leadership with his employees, as well as in his sessions with me, has also increased my confidence in meeting what life throws at me. I am supremely grateful to RxFit!
Top notch all around - from the start, my experience with RxFit has been awesome! I began with a 1:1 call with Danny, the owner, who took the time to understand my goals and what I wanted to get out of training. He walked me through the whole process and set me up with my trainer, Isabella. Isabella has been amazing to work with - I had 0 strength training experience going in, and she's been encouraging, attentive, and helpful when it comes to building my confidence, competence, and knowledge in the gym. Each workout is tailored to me, and she includes great exercises and stretches to focus on between sessions. My main activity is running, but she incorporates strength, recovery, and longevity into all of our sessions so I can achieve my fitness goals in an out of the gym!
Been working with RX Fit for a month and I am impressed this far. Reached out to the team bc I've been dealing with persistent Achilles pain and needed a program beyond basic PT, which tends to be limited in scope. I like their full body corrective fitness approach which takes into consideration up/down stream effects and movement patterns. Has been a great supplement to my strength training. Ashlyn, the trainer assigned to me, is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.
