I started coming to RYK in December 2025 to learn about breathing and meditation techniques. Soon after, I enrolled in the teacher training because I wanted to go deeper and learn much more. My 10-year old son joined me, and he absolutely loved it as well. I can’t thank Mahadev enough for the incredible knowledge, wisdom, and dedication he shares with us. RYK is truly a unique and humble place. I absolutely love it.

Completing my Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training has been one of the most transformative journeys of my life. This training went far beyond the physical practice—it was a deep dive into self-awareness, healing, and spiritual growth. The community that formed during the training was another unexpected gift. I felt supported, seen, and inspired by the other students. We held space for one another, shared our breakthroughs and struggles, and celebrated our growth together. That sense of connection reminded me how powerful it is to walk a spiritual path in community. Mahadev is a humble and amazing yogi. His presence alone is grounding, and his wisdom flows with a quiet strength that touches everyone around him. He teaches not just with words, but through example—living the yogic path with authenticity, grace, and deep compassion. I can’t say enough about the Reiki certification and classes at RYK. I came in knowing very little and left feeling honored to carry the knowledge and light of this beautiful practice.
