Sabrina was here to service and lived up to the name of the company she teams with. 5 ⭐✨ cleaning is what she did. Sabrina didn't rush through anything she was thorough about everything she did and asked if it was to my satisfaction after she was done with each task. The things that will help me remember Sabrina the most. 1: She arrived early, which is on time to me. 2: She got out and greeted me with a smile and a cheerful attitude. 3: Sabrina did exactly what I didn't have the time to do or the tools to get the job done without me having to go to the store. Sabrina came prepared for the job and definitely did a great job. I do recommend Sabrina. I know when I use this service again Sabrina will be my first choice ☺️. This will be the company I tell people to call when in need of this service. When I made the call the person who answered was so cheerful and bubbly. The person on the other end who put a smile on your face just because they sound happy. I can pop my hand because I forgot her name as wonderful as she was. I have faith that everyone who works with this team is as great as these people I had interactions with were. Thank you 5⭐ Cleaning. Sacramento 5 Star Cleaning definitely deserves their name. Not only do they offer incredibly detailed services, members of their crew are certainly experts in their field. Of course, for now, my favorites are Griselda and Alyssa. They were quick, thorough, friendly, and pass no judgement. I say the last thing because it’s important to me to have service folks I can trust in the intimacy of our home, especially with my kiddos around. To cap this off, I also want to mention the owner, Kellen. I “met” her via text, and she has been nothing but patient and understanding. I am not the easiest to schedule for a cleaning because my family is 90% just at home, so our house is DEFINITELY lived in — add to that the chaos of 2 children — and it takes us a ton of time and energy to get things put away before the crew comes for their scheduled cleaning. However, because we also WFH, we drop the ball on putting things away and would have to reschedule multiple times. Kellen, again, exudes a compassionate attitude and never makes us feel bad about having to reschedule or work with our idiosyncrasies. I will continue to use their services and definitely recommend Sacramento 5 Star Cleaning.
Sabrina and Griselda were amazing cleaners. They showed up promptly, walked through the house with me to go over what they will be cleaning, and were very professional. The results were amazing and they cleaned a big house with ease after my tenant moved out. They communicated clearly and made sure I was satisfied with everything before leaving. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
Wanda is a great house cleaner! Great communication. With 5 Star, someone is keeping you informed annd sends reminders. You can easily reschedule. I like that I can request the same person once I find a good fit. They bring all their own supplies and are respectful of my space. The house always smells so nice after they are done cleaning. I really like that they will make your bed if you ask as part of the service. If anything is missed and you let them know right away the housekeeper will return and make good on your service at no extra cost.
My house was clean and I do appreciate that I wish I would've known about the dishes rules and I had some blankets on a chair in my bedroom that could have been folded the bathroom was awesome except the the things on the sink could have been put away those clothes on the rack could have been hug up. I like the girl that you sent she was very nice and did you see what she did to my stove so clean I think that's it. Thank you
