Sam is so helpful! Was so nice to talk to in-store and wanted to make sure we got what we were looking for. I’ve had my bedroom set for over a month now and it’s been great. Will definitely be back for future furniture needs.
This place has delivered twice!!! I first bought a couch w/ chase. Great deal and comfortable! Came back for dining room table and chairs another great deal! Colors are perfect!! Great service!! See something you like better go get it, won’t find a better price!
BEWARE BUYER!!!!!!! They hook you with great prices but the people running this store/company are not worth handing your money over to. They are extremely rude and they do not disclose the entire sale. My wife and I bought a 4 piece furniture set with a bed frame, a dresser and 2 night stands… or so we thought. The dresser came with a mirror which counted as the 4th piece and we lost out on 1 dresser, and instead of the owner telling us that, he let us believe that we were going to be getting 2 dressers. I called to ask if there was a mistake and he laughed at me through the phone and said “they got you too” as if it was a joke. He then proceeded to be condescending and rude telling me he could sell the 5th piece (night stand) to me for another $300. Please do not do business with people like this!
I have been going to this store for a few years now. Sam has helped me every time, making sure we are acknowledged, free to look around and ask him questions whenever we were ready. I love going to this store. I always find what I need and the value we get is excellence service, excellent furniture, installation if needed and quick delivery. I will ONLY purchase my furniture here at this location.
Sam was the only place in the US that was able to get me two Transformer Desks for me and my wife. Not only that but he scheduled delivery AND install. First class service!
