We’ve had a great experience with SafeSplash Keller. The instructors are incredibly patient and do a wonderful job working with kids at all skill levels. The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and very accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend for swimming lessons!

We’ve had our son in this swim school for several months. To be fair, we understand we’re not in a first-world environment, so we don’t expect elite competitive training. But even with adjusted expectations, the overall level here is pretty basic, and the organizational side of things still needs improvement. Our son earned almost all his stars in this level within the first weeks. For more than a month, we were told five different times that he was ready for his evaluation, yet it never happened. Meanwhile, several classmates who seemed less prepared were evaluated and moved ahead. This same issue happened in the previous two levels as well. A major challenge is that the school seems to be run mostly by very young staff and instructors. They try, but there is a clear lack of communication, follow-through, consistency, and responsibility. Parents end up being the ones who have to remind them to evaluate their own students, which should not be the case. For a monthly cost of about $150, even in this region, you expect better organization. On the bright side: The website and portal work very well, and it’s great to track progress there. And last time, I met who I believe was the owner, a very kind and attentive person. Thanks to him, my son was finally able to take his first evaluation. We stayed longer in this level because his current instructor is actually good and pushes the kids. But overall, due to the repeated delays, poor communication, and the young staff not fully understanding the impact on families, I cannot fully recommend the school. For us, the main advantage is simply that it’s close to home.

My son has grown so much this year through group swimming lessons at Aqua Kids. We love all the instructors and staff there. Feels like everyone is rooting for my kiddos there and they love it. Thanks for helping all my kids get more comfortable in the water.

My 2 1/2 year old twin girls took the Watertots 1 class for the last 2 weeks and their progress with comfort in the water has really shown! Their instructor was Ava and she was amazing with my girls. One of my girls really hated water on her face and Ava slowly worked her up to feeling comfortable with her face under water for a few seconds at a time which is huge! The girls were always super comfortable with what Ava asked them to do and while the progress isn't night and day...for a 2 week toddler swim class they did make great progress in this class! The facility is always clean and with it being indoors you can stay out of the Texas heat and the odd rain shower doesn't cancel your classes!

My 2 year old son has been loving his swimming lessons with AquaKids. The facility is kid friendly and pristine clean! The staff there is beyond patient with the kids and very welcoming. As a parent those things are very important to me. Thank you AquaKids for being the best in the DFW!
