AHA CPR/AED RENEWAL COURSE: Accessing the space was a bit confusing , but aside from that, the overall experience was really wonderful! You are in a room by yourself and a computer guide you through it. It’s very stress-free and quick 😊
I just took the BLS class and I liked how convenient it was since it was online and self paced. I accidentally scheduled the skills part on a day I already had something scheduled and it was super easy to reschedule . I need to reschedule it again for another reason. I love that there was reschedule insurance so I can reschedule it as many times as I need no problem. It was helpful to use the maniquin set up where the computer gives you feedback so you know exactly when youre doing it right or exactly what the problem is if you're off. Overall 5/5! Ps the oak park location feels sketchy ! I should have chosen another Sacramento location but otherwise everything was great!
10/10 recommend! I went to the midtown location and it was nice and quiet on a Saturday. Had the buikding to myself and my room was peaceful. The program itself was straightforward, educational, and overall easy.
Great place to renew ACLS. 20 minutes in and out. I didn’t have to wait in line or wait for others to do the skills. RQI is the way to go. The office was clean and efficiently set up. My certification is renewed for 2 years again. Last renewal, I sat in an 8 hour class. They even hand out a free CPR mask!
I love renewing with RQI over going to classes in person. I completed both BLS and ACLS. Signed up for the classes one evening, got access to the online courses midday next day. Online course took about 1hr or so for BLS and 2hrs for ACLS. No instructor during the in person skills test with the mannequin. BLS skills took 20mins or so, ACLS was a repeat of half the BLS skills. In and out in 30mins. Stress free. THANK YOU!!
