Les avis font état d’une planification facile, d’un support téléphonique réactif et même de séances via Google Meet lorsque les sessions en personne n’étaient pas possibles. Excellent value for average area cost. Easy to schedule and reschedule a time that suited me (recommend $10 insurance for rescheduling). If enrolling night before after 5pm ensure enough time for module completion sent around 10am next day. Recommend scheduling at least 2 days in advance. Quick response time. Helpful modules, clean facility with practice mode on mannequin. Perfect for BLS renewal for Bay Area HCPs. Van Ness location Two rooms with three stations, clean, safe, quiet & uninterrupted. Easy to follow access instructions with bathroom key available. Plus free CPR mask keychain!
The whole training experience was straight forward. Even though, I did not meet anyone in person I still was able to have a Google meet with an instructor who was guiding and helping me review. At first, I couldn't log on and then after 5 minutes or so of trying my instructor called and helped me figure out what the problem was. She was helpful and clear. The room I worked in was equipped with what I needed for the course. I will say the room was rather hot and the trash needed to be taken out. For the most part, it was a space well equipped and had sanitizing items which made me feel better. I did appreciate the CPR Keychains we got to take home after.
Everything was nicely set up for you. They also provided a fan which was helpful cause it will get hot. They also had these CPR mask keychains which were really cute in their little pouches. Everything went smoothly for me, no complaints.
This is a great organization and they have great training. I did my first CPR/first aid training 35 years ago and have used those skills several times in my life. They have helped me feel confident that I know what I’m doing and I can save a life.
I was initially apprehensive about signing up for a class without an instructor and being alone in a room with just the manikin thinking it would be creepy. Instead I felt safe and a real live human being was easily reachable by phone to walk you through any issues. It’s just 2 rescuer adult and infant and even though I had to repeat the adult skills I was done in 15-20 minutes. You get use to the prompts. Good experience. I would do it again with training seminars again! Thank you!
