Loved this spot and wish I could give it 5 stars. My cappuccino was great, but my husband's americano looked like weak tea. The food was outstanding. I had a turkey pie, my husband had a croissant sandwich, and we shared a blueberry guava pastry. What's a little weird is that they have a Vietnamese menu for Tues through Thursday, French menu items only Friday through Sunday. And when asked about the Vietnamese items, 3 employees had no idea how to describe the dish. Finally, the chef himself told us no Vietnamese food was available and took our order. We liked the look of the place and sat in comfy chairs.
First time here. Never experienced Vietnamese coffee before. The whole experience was exceptional! The drinks were very good! Staff was extremely helpful in assisting me to choose a handcrafted drink I would enjoy! I had a cafe sua, a mocha latte and a pain au chocolate orange. All of it was delicious! Definitely recommend and will for sure return! Love, love LOVE this place!
Hands down my favorite 1. coffee place 2. restaurant and 3. study place. I get an iced latte each time but love the Bahn me steak sandwich. Don’t you dare buy the last blueberry danish from under me! All baked goods are made in house and are phenomenal. The Classic French menu they serve Fri-Sun is excellent. Chef Christian is great along with his friendly staff. They also have a drive thru which I’ve never used, but hey, added convenience for those on the go.
I ordered the Beef Bourguignon and it was phenomenal. The carrots and potatoes melted in your mouth, the beef and broth was so rich and sublime. My boyfriend got the Steak Au Poivre the mashed potatoes were delicious the steak had a lovely char on the outside while maintaining that blue to rare inside. The peppercorn sause was masterful overall 10/10. For drinks we got the Pandan milk tea also fantastic and I don’t even like pandan. I got the strawberry lemonade which was more sweet than tart but still delightful. 10/10 my favorite weekend brunch spot. The French cuisine is only Friday-Sunday so it’s hard to get spoiled on delicious food.
First off, really good coffee! We had a latte, a matcha latte and a machiatto. All three were just right. We had a croissant, a croquant and a muffin. Simple choices and so good. If I lived here I'd come back to try every single menu item. If the food or coffee doesn't tempt you, the place is so cute. Just come to enjoy the atmosphere. There was live music playing at a level you could appreciate but still talk at the table without having to shout. I hope locals keep this place prosperous so I can enjoy it again at a future travel date!
