SUCH great pizza. We have been going there for years, even when we didn’t live in Cincy. The thin, crisp crust with blistered edges is perfection. And the sauce and cheese are amazing but not overwhelming - just enough to shine. We like ours with pepperoni and garlic. And don’t forget the best Caesar dressing (and salad) ever. So good.
The pizza was phenomenal. My friend had recommended this place to me and I got the Wasson Way It was so good. It had all of my favorite toppings on it and I got the side garlic sauce. It was tasty. The crust was super crunchy and very good. Everything was top-notch. I will have to come back again to try more. I see why this place gets good reviews. Solid
It’s every bit as good as pizza we’ve had in the Mecca of pizza, New Haven, Connecticut. Light, airy crust, great char, fresh sauce and toppings. I haven’t tried all the pizza places in town (yet), but this is the best by far of the ones I have tried.
1st: it’s a take out only which is kinda crazy but it’s cool too 2nd: 16 inch pizza with 4 toppings for $28, kinda pricey but not bad for local tbh. 3rd: crust def carries the ranking. This is the best freshest pizza crust I’ve had. It’s like a French bread style sourdough, kinda tough but in a good way. Thin crust but it also has that char taste which is nice, not fully NYC pizza thin but def a thin crust, prob the height of like donatos. 4th: sauce is good, nothing insane, very very good and clearly fresh. Solid 5th: the cheese is also good but nothing to rave about. Good cheese pull to not ratio. Obv fresh but nothing crazy either, also solid. Bread is what makes this so good tbh. Very good for Cincinnati but also not clearly the best either. My review: 8.7/10 GF’s review: 8/10 Portnoy was right about this place!
We are so happy to have another pizza option in Oakley. This is a great option for thin crust lovers (New York style and a crispy tavern style). The vibe is cute, the people are friendly, and the food tastes fresh. Warning for the cilantro=soap people that the herb mixture does contain cilantro.
