Dined at home; the atmosphere is predictably pleasant. The Sali's staff was very accommodating when I got the order wrong, going beyond the call to ensure my order was correct and delicious. Thanks, guys! You're the best!
This was the go to place, but I ordered food and the price I should have paid was $6 over what I paid at pick up. The receipt that I received didn't have an itemized list on it. I requested my pizzas well done, they were not. I expected a fresh pizza at least for my Sali's special, but it was an old pizza with new toppings baked on top. If I'm spending $20+ on a pizza, I expect it to be fresh.
The food is always great, especially the pizza! And the staff is friendly and helpful as well! On the day of this order, they noticed an error during packing everything up and quickly and efficiently corrected it. While I waited, I chatted with the gentleman at the register, and was treated very politely by all the staff. We order about once a month and we have the same experience!
We stopped in last night for pizza, and everything was absolutely delicious! 🍕 The service was excellent, and you can really feel the family-owned, welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great local spot with amazing food and friendly faces, I highly recommend Sali’s Pizza!
Best pizza in DFW. It’s a family owned business. For the longest time it was just the family working, but I noticed they hired some new people. The new staff is very quick and helpful. The pink sauce here is the most amazing tasting sauce that you dip your pizza into . The pizza is 10 out of 10 and I recommend to always order pink sauce
