Walter always does amazing coloring and never damages my hair. The color has maintained perfectly and it's been over a year. The staff is also really friendly and helpful.
Salon Divine is highly recommended, clean,friendly staff...TAYLEN did an awesome job! I have very thick, wavy hair and have had bad haircuts in the past. Dont bother with other salons in CCTX...just call this place..you won't be disappointed
It was my first time here. She asked me about what I wanted and made sure we were on the same page. Everyone was super friendly from start to finish. The chair to get my hair washed was so very comfortable. I have curly hair and was not expecting a blowout but she talked to me about it and I was a willing participant. I loved it and received lots of compliments.
Took my older sister there for a haircut for her birthday while visiting from MI. This salon had great reviews. Being a licensed hairdresser myself, I sat in on the consultation to make sure my sister was able to describe what she wanted, which she did. I left to run an errand with her granddaughter. She did not leave with what she asked for. The stylist acknowledged during the consultation what my sister wanted and then did what she wanted instead. My sister wasn't pleased with the end result. While she did look good, the stylist ignored what her client wanted. Update: 2 people (one of which was the salon manager) has called me. I explained to both people what happened and that my sisters hair is too short to 'fix' into what she asked for. They both continued to try and get her to "try them again with a different stylist" after I told them that she would not be coming back. This was set up as a birthday gift and for that reason I gave my contact information (also, she is dealing with some very heavy things that some people have zero clue about and I don't want to add stress to her). At then end of this second call I told them that the only thing they could fix is training the stylists to actually listen to do what the client asks for. I feel like at this point they are trying to save face for a stylist that did what she wanted instead of listening to the client.
Went in to see Taylen. I had very damaged, dry hair, with grown out roots and she was able to make a beautiful transformation with my hair. I’ve included 2 before pictures and 3 right after our visit. She’s an amazing hairstylist, who knows just what to do for your hair!! book with her if you can!! Did not disappoint!
