Not very great at communicating. Walking in as a new customer, not explained what the process was like I was recommended by a client of theirs. Website is very vague and not clear. I paid over $50 but under $75 for my small dogs service, not exactly sure what she had done but I did ask for a haircut. Her nails still feel jagged. I sent out an email asking what was done and to have things itemized as I was a bit surprised by the total cost at the end. The way I was received was so off putting. There were some things I did like, but the whole miscommunication thing is what’s over powering the entire experience. It’s been over seven days now to give and hear an acceptable response at this point, which is why I’m now leaving this review. Bad communication and UNCLEAR Of service received. Did not receive a run down was not explained, Was also brought out the wrong dog when I clearly explained what my dog looked like. They brought out a medium to large size dog when I literally described the opposite color and size of whatever dog she brought outside. Might I ad that one specific detail I requested on my adored pet was to trim specifically a certain way was also not done. She was cute, but she’s always cute, the haircut did not pizazz me nor was that request met. Just appeared they ran the clippers the same all the way through and left the ears long. My dog btw is 11 pounds.

I take my bichon to salon dog for over 4 years. They do a fantastic job and are well worth the trip from Bridgeport. Riley always come home looking great and the staff are excellent and friendly. Highly recommend Salon Dog!

Came across this place while looking for a place to groom my pup. My dog is super hyper and was afraid he was going to be a bit hard to handle, but these girls took care of him and told me my pup was such a sweetheart. First time here and will definitely be back. They are awesome and affordable. Highly recommend!
