I’ve been a loyal customer to salon K9 for 7 years. Started by my grooming doubling in price. Now I understand cost over the last 7 years will increase. This was a 1 time doubling in price without reason other than her rates went up. No advertisement of that. My last experience she texted me an hour before my appointment saying she is cancelling. No phone call and no explanation. Not even a reschedule date. We live an hour from her location. My pregnant wife had already had our daughter and dog loaded in the vehicle. If you’re looking for a place of business that treats loyal customers like trash, you found it.

They gave one of the WORST haircuts and put cuts all OVER my golden doodle do not RECOMMEND also over $200 for a haircut and $100 for vet visit due to all the cuts they gave her! So essentially $300 for a BAD haircut!!!

I had brought my cat to this place to be deshedded once and it was perfect the second time they shaved him I asked for a deshed and a nail clipping and they butchered my cat. I will never recommend this place they advertise cat grooming and proceed to tell my husband they don’t groom! What a disappointment in a pet grooming company

This is the only groomer in town that doesn't leave my sweet Goldendoodle feeling traumatized! They always listen to the specific details of what I want done with her cut and they treat her very well. I wouldn't take her anywhere else in town.

Had an appointment at 1 got there early went to the door it was locked went back to my car after waiting for a minute then proceeded to wait another 25 minutes and no one showed up. No email no call or anything to say that they couldn’t do the appointment. Really crappy. Apparently they tried to call never got a call neither did the other number I listed. They said their AC was out while their dogs were in the hot building
