Bella is AWESOME!! She makes great recommendations and my cuts are a fresh new look with every visit.
This was my third haircut with Bella. My first visit went really well—I was very happy with the result and even left her a 5-star review. That’s why I decided to come back. My second visit wasn’t quite as good, and I needed to give some guidance, but I still believed she had great potential. Today, for my third visit, I asked for the same style as before—shoulder-length with layers—and she agreed. However, the result turned out quite different from what I expected. My long hair was cut much shorter than I wanted, and I again found myself needing to explain how to adjust it. I do think she is talented, but her work seems a bit inconsistent, depending on how carefully she takes her time. I also noticed when I got home that my face and clothes were covered in hair, so I had to shower right away and lost the style.
I had my hair cut by Bella. She was great! I came in with quite a mess from a previous haircut elsewhere. She took the time to make sure that between the short layers, the length I wanted, and my existing highlights, that everything looked right and was cleaned up. I really appreciate the time and effort she put into it. I enjoyed talking to her and she had nothing but great things to say about the owner and other stylist. The place smelled good, music was at a good level, everything was comfortable and cozy. Thank you!
I had an amazing experience with Bella! From the moment I sat down, she really took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure we were on the same page before starting. It’s rare to find someone who truly understands both the style you’re going for and how to make it work best for you—and Bella nailed it. The end result was exactly what I had envisioned (maybe even better). I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my new haircut. I decided to call in for a spontaneous cut. Magically the stylist lexi had an open spot for the day! I got a curly hair cut, and it's incredible. She was knowledgeable and kind. It was so exciting, and I have my next appointment booked for November!
