I don’t have a problem with the stylist that did my hair but I specifically stated I have a tumultuous schedule and have to have a reminder if they are going to schedule me to have my hair done, I never once received a text or call reminder regarding my appointment and was charged the full price of a haircut I did not receive. They need to fix their notification system before charging customers for missed appointments. I will never come back.
Jacky is absolutely incredible! Not only is her work brilliant, but she is so patient, kind, and warm to her clients. She goes the extra mile, truly. I will not go to anyone else! To add: the salon itself is great. Welcoming and inviting. Very hygienic; convenient parking. Everyone is lovely — from the stylists to the administrative staff. Thank you !
Natalie did highlights for me and I love my hair. The cut was amazing. She is the sweetest stylist. Listened to want I was wanting and did an amazing job. The salon is so nice and inviting. I highly recommend Natalie when it comes to your hair needs. She can do it all. 😍🫶🏻♥️❤️
Jackie did an amazing job highlighting my hair.From start to finish, all my needs were met.🤩 The salon is super cute and they offer refreshing drinks.Shampoo chairs, very comfortable.The hair treatment I received, was very relaxing. They have a small à la cart menu, simple.Jackie exceeded my expectations and professionalism.
Kim and team are fantastic! So great that I bring my whole family to the salon. The atmosphere is always fun and the cut and color on point! The best salon in Tulsa, hands down!
