I already can't wait to come back. Raquel did an amazing job conditioning, cutting, MASSAGING, and styling my hair! I find that, most times I'm disappointed with my haircut and this was one of the few times I wasn't! She used this AMAZING scalp "crown conditioner" and it felt so refreshing. My scalp hasn't helped this nice in a long time. I just felt absolutely satisfied with her and will definitely be coming back. 10000/10
Levi did an amazing job! I will never let another person touch my hair! The only person I will trust with cutting or dying my hair for 7+ years! From talent to kindness I absolutely love the amount of time and patience that levi has with working with my hair. Before and after photos! The before photos are how the last dye faded back in September!!!
I was seen by Raquel. I received a color nothing like what I wanted. I came in with black/dark brown wanting a fall-ish ombré (see reference picture below). I realize that going from black to blonde is drastic and may not have happened in one appointment, however before my appointment, I messaged the hairstylist and she was up for it. The color I received does not even set up a good base for my end goal. The bleach job and color looks extremely poorly done and nothing like any pictures I showed. I came in wanting an ombré and left with a harsh line between red and brown, and hot roots. The stylist put permanent dye on my head, without my knowledge, when I had outgrown box dye. Even I know that would’ve given me hot roots. I also payed for a curly cut. She barely cut an inch off my hair and the cut did absolutely nothing to my curls or even hair- it looks the exact same. I didn’t even know we were done when she took the cape off. I have never been so upset about my hair. For the price I payed, which is more than my usual master hairstylist, I am in shock and extremely disappointed. $470 down the drain.
I had the best experience I have ever had in a salon! I really messed up my hair and fried it using a box color. (Ugh I know you don't have to say it) I called the salon and they were able to get me in the next day. I walked in with tears in my eyes and I was so scared. I was greeted immediately by every lady that work there. They immediately made me feel comfortable. After going over my options and coming up with a game plan with Sunny I felt like I was in great hands. My feelings were right, Sunny and her team worked on my hair and it definitely was a process. They took what was a disaster and turned it into a masterpiece! I have found my forever salon! Thank you Sunny and the rest of you ladies I am forever grateful!
I’ve been getting my hair done with Masha for a little over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier! My hair has grown so long, healthy, and beautiful. She always does an amazing job and even recommended me the perfect products for daily use that keep my hair looking incredible in between visits. She really listens to what I want, gives great advice, and makes the whole experience so enjoyable. I always leave the salon feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend her! 💫✨
