Rude, don’t care about their customers at all
For professional barbers and hairstylist this place is challenging to get to. It’s way out in the avenues in San Francisco and there’s no parking. They only allow licensed professionals to come shopping here but every time I come, I get pretty mediocre to not so good customer service help in this storegoing forward. I’m either gonna close my account or shop online.
Rude attendant, bad costumer service. I use to shop at this store for more than 10 years, since It was smaller and had good costumer service. Just this week, I was poorly treated twice by the same girl. It seems like Geary store is saving money and hiring low skilled employees. Very sad. I will pay the same price on a store where people are trained to deal with people. So, I changed store, that’s all.
Great little shop, always has what I need in stock and in-store, never having to order and wait for something to come in, the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, I came in 5 minutes before closing and she was so nice and courteous I had been shopping for 30 minutes before I realized they were already supposed to be closed, total fail on my part for not paying attention but a complete win to the girl working there for being the employee of the year to me that day. I've been to at least 5 salon centrics around the bay area and this one was definitely my favorite.
Great store. It's small though so don't carry too any brands and no more nail polishes. The staff is very helpful and super nice.
