They were all so nice! Dr. Wright did a phenomenal job with my crown; it lines up perfectly with the rest of my teeth and feels like a normal tooth. It’s as if I have no crown. 100% recommend! They are also willing to work with people financially in a way that is reasonable and fair.
I have had a great experience here the past year! Thank you to my hygienist Vanja and my dentist Alexa and their assistant Makila (sorry if that’s spelled wrong) for being so welcoming and making me feel special and cared for! 10/10 would recommend seeing them for all your dentistry needs!
I left this dental office feeling extremely frustrated and honestly a bit disrespected. My appointment was at 1:30 PM, and I even arrived early at 1:15 hoping things would go smoothly. Instead, I sat in the waiting area asking multiple times how much longer it would be, only to be told over and over that they would take me back “soon.” I waited more than 45 minutes just to get an X-ray, and then they left me sitting alone in the room for another 20 minutes with no explanation, no update, nothing. At some point, it just felt like my time—and my presence—didn’t matter to them at all. Eventually, I walked out because I couldn’t take any more waiting and uncertainty. No patient deserves to be treated this way. It was upsetting, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I truly hope they learn to value people’s time and communicate better with their patients. There are a lot of dental professionals out there. I will let my insurance know about this. NO RECOMMEND!!!!
absolutely amazing experience. can’t recommend enough. i haven’t been to a dentist in 2 or 3 years and was nervous, but i felt so welcomed and respected. the office is adorable, modern, and friendly—this is also coming from someone queer who is always nervous about being treated differently. Dr. Wright, Vanja, and Chantelle are who worked with me and I would give them all a hug thank you if i could. i was also shown exactly how my insurance works and given options before any work was done, which makes navigating insurance and costs incredibly transparent and easy. i did not expect to leave laughing, smiling, and so confident about my teeth. Thank you to the team and i will be recommending this dentistry to everyone i know. 10/10
I've been coming here for a couple years and always have a great experience! The team is great and the hygienist Kwangmee always does a great job. I always feel well taken care of and Kwangmee makes sure to be thorough while being gentle and checking in to make sure you're not experiencing too much discomfort. I've always had good experiences with the dentists here as well. I appreciate that the office seems efficient and transparent on what things are expected to cost.
