Took my fold 6 for a new screen as it was lifting and was repaired and returned within the week, free of charge as under warranty, very helpful and informative staff, we need more of these shops as only 4 in the UK, it takes so much hassle out of taking you phone to your network provider who inturn send it to England and you could be waiting 2 to 3 weeks to have it returned.

My Zflip6 screen broke last week and left it in on Tuesday and had it back fully repaired under warranty on Friday. Guy that I dealt with was great and super helpful. Phone is as good as new!

I dropped my S23 Ultra over the weekend. Busted the screen. This morning, I spoke with Ben from the shop, who was very helpful. He advised me to bring the phone in for their engineers to review it. They quickly assessed the damage, ordered the necessary parts, and also offered to replace the battery while the phone is open. It should be ready in a few days. The customer service was excellent.

Had to leave my phone in for a new screen under warranty. Have to say really excellent from start to finish. The people who work there really know what they are doing. Definitely use again even if it's out of warranty.
