Today I fell on my face and messed up my frames. The ladies at San Diego Optometry were able to restore my frames to their original shape. They were friendly and knowledgeable. I was so thankful!
Autumn was honest and offered me the special in glasses which saved me money. Plus helped me pick out the right design for my face I also broke my glasses and they fixed the arms for free!
These people don’t even deserve one star for their service. We wasted nearly $2000 this year for their ortho K lenses which break more often and we end up paying again for replacement. My son’s prescription changed due to the delay in ordering a replacement lens. It’s been more than a month they charged us but failed to order the lens and we ended up going to other providers because he has no alternative to these lens. Each time I call, they promised to call me back and never did. I’m out on hold for longer time every time I call them and get the same standard response that they will call us to explain. The staff has no clue on when Dr.Shapiro will return to office and they say the other doctors are super occupied and would return our calls after work hours. No calls and no response.
Rachel and Autumn are the best! I was caught in a jam without contacts for a wedding this weekend and they helped me out! I couldn’t be more grateful, highly recommend!
My 97-year old mother needed her sunglasses repaired. We were warmly greeted and glasses promptly repaired. The technician was so thoughtful and caring. She fitted the sunglasses perfectly. Thank you for such lovely service. They have a lovely display of glasses.
