Definitely call Willy before trying another option i was traveling from outta town and the day before I was supposed to hit the road my temp sensor went out. Willy stopped by and had me on the road in less than an hour. Stand up guy and even called me an hour later to make sure everything was working well. I appreciate you my guy.
We couldn’t have been more lucky than to find Willy. We were traveling through San Diego and ended up with a broken cv axel. We called a couple other shops to try and get it repaired so we could make it to our cruise in LA and no one could help us. We called Willy and he was there quickly, test drove the car and confirmed what we knew was broken, took it and got it fixed and has us back on the road in 2 hrs!!!! He also fixed my mirror and did an alignment on my car. We were able to not rush and make it to the port in LA without stressing! Thank you Willy! You are the best!!!
My review will probably get drowned out by the other reviews but whatever. Hopefully someone sees it. I made an appointment with them and they stopped replying to my calls and texts on the day of the appointment. The replied after our appointment time passed apologizing and offered a free service then stopped replying after I accepted their offer. Looking at the other reviews, it seems like they are decent mechanics but they were not professional with me at all. 0 stars. Horrible.
USE THIS SERVICE!! Truly incredible. My wife was stranded in San Diego late at night, and I called them after hours desperate for help. They took the time to walk me through everything step by step and ended up finding a solution that didn’t even require them to come out. They could have easily charged me or pushed a service call, but instead they were completely honest, transparent, and focused on helping us. That kind of integrity is rare. They earned a customer for life. If you want a mechanic you can genuinely trust, call them.
We are traveling from out of state and found ourselves completely stuck with a shredded tire. We called Willy early in the morning, and he had us taken care of within just a few hours without us having to leave our hotel! He was incredibly professional, honest, and transparent about pricing, and went above and beyond to find the exact tire match so we wouldn’t have to replace all four tires. Truly a lifesaver while we were far from home. Highly recommend San Diego Pro Mobile Mechanic for anyone in need of fast, reliable, and trustworthy help on the road!
