My husband and I had a great time on this tour with tour guide David. He explained everything well and we felt safe and also had the most fun of anything else we did in San Diego. Truly the best way to see the city! We saw sea lions, pelicans, various landmarks around San Diego, AND got to hit some pretty fast speeds on the boats!! The way it works is that you each get to drive your own, small, 2 person speedboat and the tour guide leads you around the bay. Awesome and super fun!

We had an AMAZING day with Alex! He showed us some stunning views in the bay! We purchased this trip on Groupon and we loved it so much we kay book a second before we leave. The tour is guided but you get your own boat to drive. Alex gave great safety instructions before we left. 1000/100 recommend

This is definitely a must-try experience in San Diego! The scenery along the route is amazing, and driving the speedboat is both fun and exciting. However, the timing could have been managed better — our guide kept us waiting for quite a while at the beginning, saying we had to wait for others. When one Indian tourist questioned this, the guide told him to “go talk to the office lady” and insisted the delay was “your group’s time.” That said, even with that hiccup, the overall experience was fantastic. I still highly recommend this adventure — it’s a unique and memorable way to enjoy the beauty of San Diego from the water.
