Dr. Baysac and Dr. Tran are absolutely excellent dentists, and I echo other reviewers: Dr. Baysac is fundamentally a wonderful, kind, thoughtful, and hard working human being. She cares very much about her clients and her business delivering quality work. The staff also are very friendly and helpful, and the office is always clean and welcoming. I love my visits to this dentist and feel lucky to have found them. Dr. Baysac has spent hours with me to ensure my invisalign treatment is what I want and need, and every cleaning and route appointment here has been gentle and considerate - except for one truly awful one about which I emailed the office, and they responded immediately to my concerns (it never happened again). I will say though that it feels like this office has grown beyond their capacity to manage appointments well and timely. They are regularly booked out 1.5 months in advance for routine cleanings even, and finding a new appointment time frustratingly feels like coordinating a meeting of the UN. So if you're a new client and are looking for an excellent dentist AND a hassle free appointment experience, this may not be it. But if you are OK with quite a lot of texting and telephone tag in order to be seen by a wonderful dentist, this is a great office for you. I have grown increasingly frustrated with scheduling and the negative impacts to my work schedule due to this. I have been doing invisalign, and the trays are meant to be used for 2 weeks. It has sometimes been 2 months that I've been stuck on a single tray due to scheduling.

I love this dentist office, the staff is very friendly and the office is amazingly clean. I did not have enough to pay for my root canal in one payment, and they were nice enough to help with a payment plan. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. Their work is also very good, always clean and concise

Can’t speak highly enough of the team here. The staff was efficient at squeezing me in before an insurance change. The dental work is good was comfortable and efficient as well. I can tell they invest in updated dental tech. The overall team is friendly and the office staff is a friendly and well oiled machine.

I'm really grateful I found this place. The team here does great work. They actually explain the work you need done, and why it needs to be done. The front office is refreshingly clear about billing (rare). These folks have gone above and beyond to repair parts of my smile, and to make sure I'm not walking around like a Jack-o-lantern while waiting between procedures. Thanks, guys! 🦷🙌

One of the best dental care experiences I’ve had. Dr. Baysac and her team is patient and kind; she takes her time with getting to know her patients personally and creates a positive environment. Kristy, Yoko, and Amanda at the front desk are all joyful and welcoming. I always have a lot of questions, so it’s great that they’re attentive and efficient with their work. 10 out 5 stars would come back again!
