I went there on a weekend, very lively environment there, energetic music blasting in the speakers all over. If you're going there on weekends/Holidays, I'd say call them and book your lanes in advance (for which they dont charge anything) because we had to wait for 1.5 hours before they could take us in. Regardless, I enjoyed a lot

Booked Sandcastle Bowling in Surrey for a large group (about 20 people) and had a great experience. I booked online a week in advance and called on the day to adjust the booking — added an extra lane, shifted the time by about 45 minutes, and sorted out food. The staff were super helpful and accommodating with all of it. When we arrived, they helped get our whole group settled quickly. We ordered nachos, tater tots, and drinks — everything was solid and everyone liked it. They were out of fries that day but I think that was a one-off. The actual bowling experience was fun. A couple times the pins got stuck and we had to call someone over, but staff fixed it right away and even added extra time to make up for it, which I really appreciated. They offer both 5-pin and 10-pin. Our group did 10-pin since we were all adults. Overall I have zero complaints — honestly one of the best setups for bowling in the Lower Mainland in my opinion. Being able to order food and drinks right to the lane/table is great, and the whole vibe feels homey without being too big or chaotic. Would definitely come back for another group night.
The bowling alley is a great place to play and unwind. The lanes are well-maintained, the atmosphere is fun, and the staff are friendly, making the whole experience even better. We all had a great time! Definitely a spot worth visiting with family and friends🙂
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such an amazing time at the cosmic bowling session celebrating a birthday! 🎉 The staff were absolutely fantastic — super organized, friendly, and attentive. They had our shoes ready, showed us right to our lane, and made everything so easy. The food arrived quickly (the pizza was delicious and not greasy at all 🍕), and the team checked in throughout to top up drinks and clear dishes. Everyone was so pleasant and enthusiastic — you can tell they really care about creating a great experience. Highly recommend this place for a fun, stress-free outing. Huge thanks to the staff for going above and beyond! 👏🎳
