Sano removed and installed a new HVAC unit for my home. Started with a check on current equipment. What I had was really old and dated and wanted to look at my options for a new unit. Christian provided all the insight and info i needed to make a decision for what was best route to take. They installed the very next day. The installation on everything was absolutely top notch and very impressive. Only other thing that was better than the installation was the customer service and friendliness everyone provided from in person to the people I talked with on the phone. Thanks for the great experience SANO and new business to customer relationship that has started.

He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain every detail clearly. I can tell he’s an expert in his field. I'm very happy with Sano Heating and Air Conditioning. Today Jim and Randi came out for a furnace tune-up and AC soft start installation. They were on time and provided excellent communication, clearly explaining everything happening with my system. I really appreciate how clean and respectful they are—they always wear shoe covers when entering the house! This company has been to my house twice now (AC tune-up in August and today's service), and both times they conducted a thorough inspection and found nothing wrong, which gives me confidence in their honesty and integrity.
Dealing with Sano was the best customer service I have ever had! Anthony was Amazing He is so Knowledgeable, Patient and Caring. I knew just from my interaction with him that my project was going to go well and I was not Disappointed at all. From the person that called to confirm my appointment to the installers that did the work everyone was so Friendly and Patient with me and all my Questions. If I Could give 10 Stars I Would! I will be referring Anthony and Sano to all my family and friends!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Every time we call Sano Heating & Air Conditioning, they are on it right away — fast, reliable, and they make it so easy to do business with. I hate when something happens to my air, especially in the hot summer, but Sano is one of my favorite contractors to count on. A huge thank you to Andrew Margo from Sano! He went above and beyond, not only fixing the connection to our Nest but also handling a drywall issue along the way. Outstanding service. Truly the best — I’ve already recommended them to my friends and will continue to do so!
