Was a very pleasant first time experience. Everyone greets you there with a smile and seem happy to be there. They even forgot to rotate our tires and they were very apologetic and offer an oil change on them next time when the oil change is due. Definitely, will be returning!
My experience with this automotive company was excellent overall. The staff I worked with were professional, highly knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the process. When I received my vehicle, the final price was within the original estimate, which I greatly appreciated. The only issue I experienced was that I received an email that was intended to provide a written estimate for the service, but I was unable to open that particular email. Aside from this minor issue, everything else went smoothly. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Sansone’s Automotive to others.
We found Samsones Automotive through Google and picked them because of the great reviews. It was the right choice. They were quick to diagnose the issue, ordered the part, and the car was done in one day. We asked about an issue with our other car, and they let us know they were not the experts for that and gave us a great contact for a shop that specializes in this type of car. We are so thankful to have found a trustworthy place to have the car serviced for any future needs.
Now that I've purchased my leased vehicle and no longer have Concierge Service, went BACK to old standard, using Chuck Raz @ Sansone's Automotive. Can't say enough good about them. Always professional, always top notch service and appreciate that they provide Service to get you to or from Service center as auto being repaired. Saved me a $$$ to replace dead battery (uses special battery by auto dealer/mfg quoted @$600+), that no one else carries (tried AAA, COSTCO and several independent auto parts stores. Happy to add my recommendation for this establishment!
Great customer service From both Eric and guest facing employees. Even the way they answer the phone and speak to you is a refreshing reminder of what quality service is. They kept me informed throughout process, from receiving vehicle from tow company to initial diagnostics and were able to have repairs completed same day in a matter of hours! I cannot say enough good about the company or the people who work there. A+ Service, above and beyond! They have a loyal customer in me.
