this place was the perfect spot to get some delicious food with your family. me and my family of four came here looking for a cheap Mexican place that has delicious food and great service, and we got exactly what we wanted and more. we ordered a lot of food, all from the happy hour menu. we got the ceviche which was extremely fresh and had a perfect ratio of all the foods included, agua chile which was a big portion of raw shrimp with avocado, cucumber, and a delicious sauce for flavour. We got way more excellent food but those were our two top favourites. the atmosphere was superior. we sat outside next to beautiful lights, cactuses, and a really pretty pool. after we ate all of our food, the manager came to tell us we can have a free dessert, and we chose the tres leches. the tres leches was the best i have ever had and was perfectly displayed. this place is a must try out spot and i will definitely come again.
Everything about this place is great. The food was excellent for both myself wife and myself. Our waiter offered suggestions on drinks when I couldn't decide and man the one he told me was killer. The staff were all great people and the was from observation of them dealing with some extremely rude customers at two separate times and handling it great. The parking here is a little awkward but not bad. I am looking forward to stopping in at their cedar park location in the future to give it a try.
Very good Mexican. While they claimed to be very authentic, I found the dishes to be somewhat Americanized. portions are very big. It’s a great place for a date night or a group outing. kind and considerate service.
Loved my brunch Huevos Poblanos dish. Very affordable too - under $20 for a coffee, well plated main dish, and great table service. The ceramic plates and ambiance were quite beautiful too - a good mix of traditional and modern. Would highly recommend!
Just visited the new Santa Catarina Mexican Restaurant in Cherrywood development. It’s a fantastic addition to the neighborhood. The space is in a brand-new building as part of the area’s development, and it already feels like a lively spot for both lunch and brunch. The food was excellent—everything tasted fresh and authentic. I tried the fajitas, chips and salsa, and the poblano carnitas, and every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. Drinks were also refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I can definitely see this becoming a go-to neighborhood restaurant for great Mexican food and good vibes. Let's not forget about the great decoration and cleanliness! I anticipate they get busier and parking becomes an issue later on.
