I cannot recommend Sarah O. Jewelry enough! My husband got my engagement ring here, and I couldn't have been happier with his choice—it is absolutely stunning. Because we had such a great experience, we came back to get both of our wedding bands here as well. The team was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Beyond the beautiful selection and professional service, it feels so great to support a local, woman-owned business. If you are looking for unique, high-quality jewelry and a wonderful customer experience, this is the place to go!
If you want cute, expensive jewelry that isn’t durable, Sarah O is the place to shop. The left picture is what my engagement ring looks like after 4 months of “weekend only” wear. There used to be a hidden citrine in the bottom part of the ring. It fell out. We paid $300 to have those citrine stones instead of the classic “hidden diamonds”. Now I have to drive and take my ring in again. I emailed Sarah herself on 1/7/26 and 1/13/26. Haven’t heard a word from her or anyone from customer service about how they’ll make this right as this is my second repair with this ring. Had Sarah responded, or had they offered a credit for future purchases I wouldn’t be so upset, but I feel like they don’t care as long as they make their sales. Again, a 4 month old ring shouldn’t be having these kinds of issues and I fear that this ring is going to need more repairs in the future if this is how it’s holding up. It’s a beautiful ring, but I wish I would’ve gone elsewhere. For the price that my fiance paid, the service and quality is simply not there.
My fiance and I had the BEST experience working with Allie on our engagement rings. We had a very specific vision, and from the initial conversation, to her finding the perfect (matching!) stones, to the multiple renderings, we could not have been happier. Allie was so lovely to work with, incredibly kind and patient, and she brought our visions to life so beautifully! I could not recommend Sarah O (and Allie specifically) more!
I had an incredible experience working with Jess Hooton on my engagement ring. From the start, she was extremely helpful and patient as I chose the diamond and worked through the design. She was responsive every step of the way and made the entire process easy and exciting! It was important to me that I supported a local shop and I’m happy I chose Sarah O.
