I had a viewing booked for today at 4:15 PM. I emailed 30 minutes beforehand to see if I could reschedule for same day 5pm and was told it had been cancelled because the apartment had already been taken. This was surprising, as I had only booked it yesterday. If I hadn’t emailed first, I wouldn’t have known and would have shown up outside the building—mind you, it’s raining quite heavily today! This is not a professional way to deal with people.

Savills were super helpful from start to finish, not only helping us find our apartment, but also completing and moving in. Jack, Cam, and Georgie were all amazing, and helped us with anything we needed. A super attentive team, nothing was too much hassle for them. Would recommend 10/10.

Donna and the team at the Manchester office were really helpful with all queries and maintenance issues we raised. They always replied quickly to emails and tried to resolve any problems in the flat asap. When we raised any issue, the contractor usually came within the next few days to have a look. I do recommend renting with Savills, really smooth process with viewings, references and then the tenancy itself. The team were always willing to help. I would rent with them again for sure.

Great service, very responsible and professional, definitely recommend Savills. I would like to thank Ryan Griffin & Emma Neary at the Manchester office for helping me and my wife get our first home. Especially Ryan, who has been outstanding and we feel if it wouldn't be for him and his efforts the deal would not go through and we would not get the flat of our dreams. Even though Ryan represented the sellers, he has been very helpful and professional throughout this thought process. While our own lawyers hardly ever responded and wasted time, Ryan and Savills always responded, helped and pushed for the deal to complete. Ryan was always on time, chased our lawyers when they abandoned us, suggested a great bank broker when our bank failed to deliver, chased the sellers when we needed documents or needed some additional information. Honestly, Ryan made the difference and I'm sure without his help the purchase of our first home would have failed. Absolutely recommend Ryan and Savills, great responsible people and a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you!! Loving our new home.

During all the process she has always been very helpful and available, providing answers to all our questions and doubts and facilitating our renting experiance. Moreover she has always providing feedback very quick, considering the urgency we had to find a new house, and this is what i would expect from a great customer service.
