I can’t say enough good things about 𝗦𝗖 𝗧𝗼𝘄 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵! When my car decided to take a nap in the middle of I-35 during rush hour, I was panicking. But their towing Fort Worth service came through like a superhero in a tow truck. The driver was incredibly friendly, cracked a few jokes to lighten the mood, and got my car safely to the shop in no time. I can’t thank SC Tow Fort Worth enough for their exceptional service. My car broke down at the worst possible time, but their tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was so professional and friendly that it made the whole ordeal much easier to handle. 100% pleased and then some. Could not have been easier to schedule for same day. Viktor was great when I called and the tow truck driver/mechanic, Larry, was *great*. The tow was part of a bigger deal I had going on and they made it easy and stress free. Also went above and beyond being helpful.
I chose this place because of their high reviews, but after getting home and seeing my car, which had a completely totaled windshield, damaged hood, damaged top of car, and the fenders ripped out where the front door wouldn't open... I don't see how. The main issue here was I was told everything went fine upon delivery when I called to check. This was a straight up lie. When I called back after seeing it to ask, they admitted that it happened while they were towing it but still blamed someone else. No accountability. Here's before they pick it up and after they drop it off...
