School of Rock, situé au 244 Cleveland Ave S à Saint Paul, MN 55105, propose des cours axés sur le rock pour tous les âges et tous les niveaux. Le programme de St. Paul est salué pour son enseignement de niveau professionnel, une atmosphère accueillante et des enseignants qui aident les élèves à renforcer leur estime de soi grâce à des groupes, des performances sur micro ouvert et des camps hebdomadaires avec un concert final de rock. Le personnel est attentionné, créant un environnement ludique et engageant où les enfants et les adultes découvrent la créativité et le travail d'équipe.

Specifically regarding the St Paul, MN school, the programs are an excellent format for kids to participate in rock bands, compared to any music school, but especially compared to the SoR corporate format, which seemed awkward and unwieldy, to me. The lessons are given at the most professional level which could be expected (given the atmosphere). The directors run the school really, really well, and the instructors are great. ...with special shout-out to Steph, for being such an amazing musician and educator.
My husband and I have been having an absolute blast. We moved into a house about a half mile away and both decided to give it a whirl (very little starting experience). The teachers and other adult students here have been a joy to be around. Watching the progress we’ve made in just the short while we’ve been playing is incredibly rewarding. If you’re thinking about it, stop (do yourself a favor) and sign up so you can come have fun with us. ❤️🎶
This is a great school with great people! All ages and abilities welcome. Even with zero experience, you can do it (I did, starting at age 61). It is SO much fun!!!
"SoR is my therapy. The people there are amazing and I can be me without being scared or worry about being judged." - My 12 year old. Our kiddo's self-esteem and creativity has soared since joining School of Rock. Because of the skills and bravery she picked up at SoR, she was able to perform at her first open-mic outside of the school and her band. The staff are receptive and communicate well and I fully trust that they care very much about the kids they work with. We are grateful that our kid has them for role models, and we're sticking around as long as she asks us to.
School of Rock was such a great experience, this is the 3rd summer camp my 11 year old son has participated in. Each time he has so much fun learning about Rock N Roll and playing music with other kids. The musician instructors provide a fun, casual environment that my son has been able to thrive in and the rock show performance at the end of each week is an amazing show of hard work and dedication that School of Rock is able to fit into just one week. Keep on rockin' School of Rock! We'll be back...
