Such a lovely experience, the place is very well taken care of, and the staff/instructors are amazing.
Amazing :) My son finally found his "thing" and loves drumming.
They wrote my son’s name on a chalk board for his free trial. :) he loved it. He felt so special. His teacher Ms Francis was very accommodating till he was comfortable with being there. He walked out of class with the biggest smile on his face. We will definitely be back! Such a fun way to explore music and instruments in a collective way!
Where do I start? The only good thing about our experience was my son’s teacher, Mark. He was truly great with the kids and clearly cared about them. My son started attending last February. At first, he was exploring which instrument he wanted to play. Eventually, we enrolled him in another class for keyboard and singing, and we paid a good amount of money for those lessons. At first, things seemed to be going well — until I was told that my son would be switching to a different instrument, even though I had already said no. I assumed he was still being taught the keyboard, but when I stayed to watch one day, I saw that he was playing the instrument I had declined. When I asked why, I was told it was because there were already other kids on keyboard and that my son had agreed to switch. I made it very clear that this was not acceptable — you ask the parents, not the child, especially when it comes to paid lessons. Then I was informed about the upcoming showcase and told that my son wouldn’t be participating. I was shocked to hear that and asked how that was fair. They later said he could sing but would have to do so “on the side” after the main show. After that experience, we decided to withdraw our son from the program. For the amount of money we paid, we feel he barely learned anything, and we were never given updates on his progress. This location also went through new management, and although I raised my concerns, they didn’t seem to take them seriously or make any meaningful effort to resolve the issues.
Great school for leaning music in many ways. Our son loves the 'band' type classes and the opportunity to try all instruments out. The instructors are great, friendly staff. The hours are great for us and there is lots of parking
