The level of service was above and beyond good. I brought them two church liturgical items, a silver censor which need soldering, and a 5 foot brass procession held candle holder which was came unattached in one spot. They polished the silver censor, which wasn't part of the charge and had both pieces repaired within 2 days. I highly recommend them for their quality work and turn around time.

This was a great place! They were super accommodating and kind, and my ring was repaired in a timely manner. I absolutely recommend them. My ring was a more difficult one to repair and resize because it is silver plated with rose gold, but they did a beautiful job! Went to multiple shops beforehand and called multiple and everyone else said they wouldn't touch the ring. So thankful for Scottsdale Fine Jewelers for helping me and my boyfriend get the perfect ring.
Absolutely wonderful experience. My daughter came home from Australia with two Lightning Ridge opals. We had no idea what we wanted done with them, what we knew we wanted a mother-daughter set. Sheena patiently worked with us through several ideas and mockups. The end result were two amazing beautiful pieces, a ring and a pendant. Exactly what we wanted two pieces exactly the same but totally different just like this mother and daughter team.
