Dr. Heidi Mullen and the entire staff are amazing. On my first visit the attention to detail was outstanding. After my wife heard about my experience, she set up an appointment also. A week later I had Mohs surgery to remove a skin cancer and received outstanding care. Thank you Dr. Mullen.

This was my first time seeing Emily, My daughter has been seeing her for some time now. She is very attentive, kind, and took her time to hear me out. I left my last dermatologist because it felt like I had five minutes and things were very rushed. Sorry, when someone is saying, you have to have a sunspot burned off the last thing you want to do is be rushed! Both my daughter and I love this place, The front staff was really fantastic, which is nice for a change and the back staff Immediately followed up with you the minute you left the room to make sure that you understood the products needed and next appointment. Great experience.

I choose my insurance based on my ability to use the providers here. The medical team is outstanding and their support staff is equally as good - from the front desk to the techs. I have very serious dermatological needs and they manage my healthcare beautifully

I was desperate and looking for a caring dermatologist. I was almost in tears from the pain of my rash and I was greeted with the most caring and helpful receptionist. She took the time to calm me down and got me in to see a doctor right away. I met with Ki'ilani and I knew i was in the right place. She addressed my problem with a heads on approach in a kind and professional manner. I am on the right path to recovery from this rash. Thanks to all the staff there. They are all wonderful!

I was so excited about finally getting my “ de-aging” procedure that I’d wanted for quite some time. When I got into the treatment room, Alexandra warmly greeted me, and we updated the meds I’d recently been put on while awaiting hip replacement surgery. After her review , Alexandra had concerns about a particular drug I was on. She told me she wanted to speak with the doctor before we continued. Her concerns proved to be correct, and she told me that she nor the doctor were comfortable doing the procedure. She further shared that I wouldn’t get the desired results. We agreed to delay the treatment until I got off the meds. Wow! How amazing is it that my care trumped Scottsdale Skin Botique’s opportunity to just get it done! I’ve always loved SSB, but after this experience, I am an even bigger champion than ever! Thank you all!
