Karen and Shaley at Scratch N Sniff are amazing dog walkers and caregivers. We have two rescues with a little bit of baggage that sometimes have a hard time with other people but I think the honestly are more excited to see their walkers than us sometimes 😅. They are great with updates and extremely accommodating with our changing needs and schedules.

Shaley has been a pleasure to work with. She is a fantastic communicator, asked lots of questions to understand the needs of the dogs, and genuinely seems to care about our furry family members. When we went out of town, we received regular pictures, updates, and even a few thoughtful questions to get clarification about the overly complicated instructions we left for our pups - ha! Most importantly, Shaley made us feel confident that our dogs' needs were met and that they felt safe and loved while we were away.
