As I was on my way to the nail salon next door, I saw this store and saw festive holiday blouses. I was on the look out for a cute top so I stopped inside to view what they had with every intention to purchase a NYE and Christmas top. It took about 5 mins for someone to say hello, I said hi back and that was the only communication I received for my remaining time in the store. The sales associates were busy helping a customer the entire time. They were pulling pieces for her, they all looked alike. I look very different from the three women in the store and im almost positive that had allot to do with my interaction. I ended up going to TJ maxx and grabbing a shirt, the sales associates were friendly..as someone who worked in clothing retail previously for many years my advice is treat all customers in a friendly manner. I wouldnt dare step foot in this store again based on the lack of customer service given.
I love Scruples because I can always be able to find to get what I am looking for, it does not matter if it is casual or formal. I just was able to find my daughter a gift last month for her birthday. They had just a to get the gift at the last minute, they had just received a new selection in on the day I went for a new jacket. My daughter loved it. Thank you again Scruples for being there when I need you all and they are so nice a great family business. Angela

Such a great place to shop! There are clothes for every occasion and the ladies are super helpful in helping you find whatever you’re looking for. They often have great sales going on too.
One of my best friends always looks so stylish and is a huge fan of Scruples. Scruples recently supported a charitable organization with a fashion show and I was lucky enough to model their clothing. I had so much fun picking out what to model and bought several items. I had GREAT customer service and all in the store were most helpful. They are knowledgeable and give wonderful advice on what is the most flattering. I bought a beautiful dress and it needed hemming. For a nominal fee, they made that happen. It’s a friendly and fun place to shop for beautiful and unique items!
