Seaside Day Spa is truly a standout. The massages here are top-notch, but what sets them apart are the intentional stretches and bodywork seamlessly woven throughout each session. You can feel that the therapists are skilled, present, and genuinely attuned to what your body needs — not just following a routine. The stretching is supportive, therapeutic, and feels like a gentle reset for your whole system. I always walk out feeling lighter, more open, and deeply cared for. I also love that the massage takes place on a comfortable mattress on the floor rather than an elevated table. It allows for more movement, deeper stretching, and a grounded experience that feels both traditional and restorative. The atmosphere is calming, and the staff makes every visit feel personal from start to finish. This has quickly become one of my favorite places to reset and recharge in Anchorage. I've been trying to find something comparable in the Lower 48, particularly in Seattle— and haven't found a match yet.
First massage experience ever, and I must say, I think I started with the very best. Will definitely be back! Very lovely ladies, quick to get started, thorough massaging, incorporated stretching. I explained about my problem areas but she meticulously did the whole nine yards everywhere else as well. I loved the experience. Really relaxing.
Amazing! I reached out 2 days ahead of time via text. I got a prompt reply and scheduled around the time I wanted. My husband and I got 90mins massages. It was so relaxing. They where nice, friendly, and professional. They accommodated my GCM and my husband medical implant with just a little explanation. If you are on the fence, go for it!
My first time here and it was a wonderful experience. I felt better and more relaxed at the end of this massage than I ever have. Great price for the amount of work that was put in. I will definitely be back again soon and be telling everyone about this place. Important to make sure you’re comfortable with this type of massage before you go.
