Seki Gadgets was super helpful with the repairs to my Nintendo Switch. They were easy to get in touch with, and very accommodating especially as I wasn't sure exactly what was going wrong! They provided details and specifics about what my device was probably struggling with, and then explained to me at pick-up what was and wasn't consistent with their expectations and how it was all resolved. Their repairs were so skilled, it's made my device run so well I forgot it was nearly ten years old. Seki Gadgets also worked quickly and reliably, which I really appreciated as it meant that I was able to get my Switch fixed before I went in for surgery. I have had a much more relaxing recovery thanks to them!

Shaun was so helpful in every way — such a down-to-earth guy, very honest and realistic about timelines and the service involved. The pricing was affordable, which was amazing, and he shared that they’re a small family business. You can really see the care they put into fixing devices. Shaun also mentioned they do follow-ups and check-ins, which is such a thoughtful touch and something you don’t see everywhere. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and would absolutely recommend them!!

Not only did he diagnose and fix my HDMI port issue on my PS5, he did a thorough service and clean, returning my PS5 in immaculate condition all within 24h. Cost was fair too.
