Excellent therapists and great technology. I didn’t experience any pain (it’s like a shot with a baby needle) and felt comfortable even when she worked in the crooks and crevices. It’s quite an easy process and payment plan works within my budget.

Been coming here for a year and it has been a flawless experience. Literally zero complaints. What I love most about this place is that there are no gimmicks. They are not trying to upsell random skincare or change what services include after the fact. They run a very honest and straightforward business. After having frustrating experiences at other laser clinics where technicians did not even know what areas I had paid for and where a Brazilian suddenly came with surprise exclusions that were never mentioned before, this place has been a breath of fresh air. Everything is clear, consistent, and professional. The staff actually knows your chart and the services are exactly what you paid for. I highly recommend Adela. Her work is precise, her energy is amazing, and she is professional, personable, supportive, and genuinely kind.
I had my first laser treatment at Semper and couldn’t be happier! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly face and made to feel comfortable. Claudia took the time to explain the process clearly, went over pricing options and provided great clarity throughout. I also appreciated the detailed aftercare instructions from Shana na! Shana is amazing! I’ve been a loyal customer of Semper since 2020, starting at the South Florida Miami location. After relocating to Houston, I can honestly say I’m so grateful for the move, especially because Shana has truly transformed my laser hair removal experience. I’ve been struggling with Keratosis Pilaris (KP) for years, and my doctor recommended I try laser hair removal as part of my treatment. My legs would get incredibly rough and bumpy, causing me severe discomfort and pain. But Shana’s gentle approach and patience throughout each session made a world of difference. While this is not medical advice (always consult with your doctor), I genuinely feel like I can finally enjoy life without the discomfort that used to come with KP. I'm no longer self-conscious about my legs, and I’m so thankful to Shana for helping me feel more confident and at ease.
