Senor Mango Smoothies is truly a neighborhood treasure! The smoothies here are amazing — fresh, flavorful, and packed with real fruit. You can taste the difference right away. There’s usually a line, but it moves pretty quickly, and honestly, it’s worth the wait. The people working here are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I tried a couple of different fruit combos and they were all tasty and refreshing. Definitely a go-to spot for a great smoothie in San Diego!
I love Senor Mangos on 30th. Its one of my faves. Been there so many times and at one point they knew my order by heart. This was my first time visiting this this particular store. My kid asked for a pineapple watermelon smoothie. They made him a watermelon smoothie and It didnt taste like it had pineapple. It was good but my kid wasn't a fan. I asked them to remake it and the cashier was wonderful and remade it himself. My kid was so much happier and I was thankful. My only issue was that the cashier told me... "Go ahead and take the drink. Its already made." I said, "Ok. Thank you!" and took it. We were outside leaving....walking to the car... and the cashier runs after us and says hes really sorry but he has to get the drink back. I presume the guy in the back felt he shouldn't have given us the drink and needed it back. I really didnt care about the smoothie.. we had purchased $50 of drinks/bowls so we had plenty... but running after us.... calling out to us with others around and then stopping us just to take it to throw away... Embarrassing! I really thought that was a bit much. Next time Senor Mangos Guy in the back... let it go because a repeat customer is much more valuable than that watermelon smoothie you made your cashier run out to get just to throw away. Sour end to a relatively good visit.
Came here for a quick breakfast before a walk and it was worth it! We haven't been before and wanted to give this place a try, and we're very glad we did! We got the sunset peach and Pina colada, which were both delicious! We were the only ones there at the time so our drinks came out very quickly too.
I've never been disappointed with a trip to Sr. Mangos! The prices are incredibly reasonable, the selection (particularly of the beverages) is ample and the quality is always very good. The staff is incredibly friendly and the food is made available quickly. I've turned a number of people on to this location and they've all become repeat customers!
This place is so delicious and affordable. The fruity mix bowl with cottage cheese is my favorite. I could eat it every day. The fruit is ripe and fresh and cut perfectly. The wait is never long and their prices are extremely cheap by North Park standards. The turkey torta is also very good, and the jalapeños that come with it are a nice addition. Great carrot juice as well.
