The only place we could find in our visiting to Seattle with a busier vibe. We ordered a golden mushroom pizza pie which was so delicious. The mushroom felt so fresh and chewable. The prices are very fair. Out waiter was very nice and friendly.
I stopped by during happy hour and got their special deal — half a pizza for $8 (I chose the mushroom) and a simple reddish salad. Everything was delicious! The salad was fresh and beautifully balanced, and the pizza… wow! It had chanterelle mushrooms and a touch of truffle oil — absolutely fantastic. I later learned that most of their ingredients come from local farms, which explains why it all tasted so good. Highly recommend! 🍕✨
A short wait for a Saturday night, the staff was friendly and shared their recommendations. The drinks were good and strong, but the pizza is the main attraction! Wood-fire oven pizza with a very interesting mix of toppings along with some other classic pies!
Visited Seattle in mid October and Serious Pie was close to where we were staying. The selection of pizza was unique. My husband and I tried the coppa and Brussels sprouts pizza. It was okay. Wish we came to happy hour to get smaller pizza and better prices so we can try different kinds. Kids got a simple cheese and added pepperoni. It's not worth the price. Also wish they had a kids size/price. Tomato soup was good. Oktoberfest beer was delicious. The service was slow. It took a while to get our bill as a big party came and then we were forgotten.
Great pizza, but not my favourite and not worth the premium in my opinion. I had the yukon potato pizza and it was quite different from a potato pizza in Korea. The crust was crispy, airy, and a little chewy too, which was nice. It had a strong rosemary flavour and it had a lot of shredded cheese. The potatoes were sliced fairly thin, and the texture varied. Some were a little tougher, crispier like chips, or soft. Overall, I think it could he worth a try but there are cheaper pizzas I enjoy
