Low standards of cleaning and very unprofessional customer service. They broke the blinds and said “they must’ve been broken before the cleaners got there” in a brand new apartment.

Horrible, unprofessional service. Put dirty dishes in moving boxes and tried to hide them in bags with my children's belongings. I also specifically asked not to put any food in moving boxes but they did anyways. They broke my Christmas ornaments and did not attempt to organize anything at all. Then when I called to complain understandably upset they refused to take any responsibility for poor service, blamed me for not “clarifying” that I did not want dirty dishes packed with my children's belongings. The manager on-site even yelled at me over the phone because I was upset, she was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional to say the least.
