Service Genius came recommended, and they did not disappoint. I called when my A/C stopped blowing cold air, and 3 hours later Jonathan arrived to assess my issue. Thank you for the same day appointment. Jonathan was super professional, kind and thorough. After assessing the interior, we went and looked at the A/C on the roof together. I loved that he explained to me how everything worked and showed me exactly what he was doing and why. It turned out I had a broken compressor. He installed a new replacement and everything began working perfectly again. By the time we got back down to my home, everything was cooling again. He also quickly looked at my air filter (which I had been changing myself) and showed me how it ideally should be placed in the duct, and cut it so that it fit correctly because he didn't want to leave me with the wrong filter. It was above and beyond. I hadn't previously signed up for the yearly maintenance, but I did on the spot, and that's a high compliment from me. That's how good I felt about this service. Jonathan has a high level of expertise and really knows how to talk to and work with a customer. Thank you so much for the great service today. You exceeded my expectations!
