Jolly was incredibly professional and responsive. I needed an HVAC technician for a boiler issue on very short notice during the winter, and after calling multiple companies, he was the only one able to come out the same day, which was extremely helpful. He communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me updated, explained the issue and the recommended solution in a way that was easy to understand, and followed up to make sure everything was resolved. Payment was straightforward, and his professionalism and reliability really stood out. I truly appreciated his responsiveness and customer service and would absolutely work with him again in the future.
Jolly was very responsive and easy to communicate with. He arrived early and was able to diagnose and fix our heating issue in no time at all! Grateful to have heat again so fast on a cold winter day. A reasonable price too!
We have had two great experiences with Jolly and his company. They installed an AC unit within a day of me calling them . I must also add that it was during July and others were not available till the end of the summer. We also had him clean and service our heat pumps on a rental we own. Jolly is very responsive and reliable. I would definitely recommend him to others!!
I called Service Right in the evening after being unable to fix my boiler (on a very cold day) and was amazed at how quickly Jolly arrived at my home. He quickly diagnosed the issue, implemented a fix, and had the heat back on in no time. He even educated me on what the issue was, what to look for, and how to avoid future potential issues. I highly recommend their services and expertise.
They are very knowledgeable of the heating systems installation and repairs. My options and costs were clearly explained to me. Their price was a fraction of what other contractors quoted me. They were in my house on the date, time of our appointment, completed the work the same day. Cleaned up the work area and removed the old system for proper disposal. I find there services to very professional , reasonably priced and yet the job was completed on time. I am very satisfied with their price and work . I will not hesitate to use their services again. Without hesitation, I will recommend the company to people with heating problems. My special thanks to Jolly for a job well done.
