Bear and the whole team were amazing at installing our new system. Even though there were complications in our house, they were professional and calm and worked until they figured it out. They worked late to ensure we had everything done in one day. They were patient with my son who was running around and super inquisitive. I highly recommend service one!
Sam was professional and excellent in every way. I don't know what you're paying him but he's worth every penny of it, and it never hurts to reflect that in a raise. Kevin did an outstanding job servicing my furnace. He thoroughly completed the inspection, clearly explained how the furnace is currently performing, and took the time to walk me through what to watch for since it’s an older unit. His explanations were easy to understand and very helpful, which gave me confidence in both the condition of the system and how to maintain it going forward. On top of his technical expertise, Kevin was extremely friendly and professional, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. I truly appreciate his honesty, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
We were extremely happy with our service technician, Timothy Griger. He was very polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and low-pressure about our furnace. He was very pleasant to speak with and explained things well to us. We will definitely request him personally in the future for any HVAC needs that we have. Please tell Tim that he was great, and to keep up the good work. You need more employees like him!
I was very pleased with my technician. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and cleaned the area that he worked in. All other tech left the area a mess for me to clean up. He was very friendly and polite. Service One is lucky to have a employee like Chris.
