My mom and I recently had to put down one of our furbabies. The vet and the staff were wonderful. They were kind, considerate, and they provided us with a lot of information and options. They have a room for families to go to with their animals before they have to say goodbye, and I have never experienced this at any other vet. It helped to make a very difficult time more comfortable and more private. They don't rush you, and they give you all the time you need to say goodbye. They even had a jar of chocolates in this room so that your animal could finally know what chocolate tastes like before going to the rainbow bridge, and that was just the sweetest touch. I would definitely recommend this vet.
Last night my cat walked into the room and collapsed. I called them at almost 11 and I was able to get in quickly. She was passing on her own. :( I was very impressed with the staff here. They were so compassionate and kind to me and my baby. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything of her end of life decisions. It’s a sad day but I did tell my family and friends how kind everyone was at this vet. In a tragic time care, kindness, and compassion go a very long way.
We have been bringing our pets to Seven Hills since 1990. Mike and Jeff had recently graduated from Colorado State University and we were fortunate to develop a great relationship with our veterinary care team. Now, 35 years later, we are still using them for our pets medical needs. Although many things have changed in the ensuing years, we still have that personal relationship with Dr. Supon, who has been caring for our dog for many years. She is so invested in the best outcome for our dog, Fancy. She never fails to return our messages, even after clinic hours. As prices for everything have risen, including vet. care, we trust that our pet will get the best care possible. I recommend them.
One of our dogs somehow broke a dew claw on a Sunday night, we called our normal vet and it went to Seven Hills Veterinary. The lady assured me we would be good until morning and she got us scheduled for 8am on a Monday. Check in was easy, the staff was awesome and they got our little one taken care of and I was back at work by 930. Thank so much for your help and reassurance. We will definitely see yall for our future needs.
My dog got into something and I was really scared. It happened on a Sunday so our normal vet was closed. The staff here was excellent, they didn't make me feel guilty and they treated me and my dog with PERFECT care. We were also in and out in 1 hour, I was prepared for it to take much longer. We are planning on switching over to Seven Hills permanently. I also work at a boarding and grooming facility, and I would say about 90% of our clients go to Seven Hills and I have heard amazing things from everyone, and never anything bad. Nothing is more important than our babies getting the care they deserve, and Seven Hills seems like the perfect place for that!
