Terrible customer service and attitude. The tailor messed up my hemming, and instead of correcting his mistake, he demanded more money to redo it. When shown proof of payment, he dismissed it and acted like he never did the work. No professionalism, no courtesy—just greed. On top of that, he was dismissive and condescending during the conversation. Businesses like this take advantage of customers because they think people won’t speak up. Save yourself the frustration and find someone else who actually respects their customers.

This tailor is extremely rude and greedy. I trusted him with my alterations, but not only did he do the hemming wrong the first time, he also refused to fix it unless I paid again. When I asked for a receipt initially, he avoided giving one—clearly to cover himself later. When my family member returned with proof of payment from the bank, he still denied responsibility. This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of integrity. Be careful—once he has your money, he will not take accountability for mistakes.

I had an awful experience here. I brought in two pairs of pants to get hemmed, paid $90, and the job was done incorrectly. When I went back to have them fixed properly, the tailor acted like he didn’t even remember me and demanded another $45! I even showed proof of payment through my bank statement with his business name, but he refused to acknowledge it. Very unprofessional and dishonest. A tailor should stand by their work, not charge twice for the same job. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.
