I've been going here for years. They do a great job with my vintage suits and sportcoats. I get comments, "that jacket really fits you well!" all the time. It does now, thanks to Sew Special! (You will need to give them some time though.)

I highly recommend!! Sew special design were able to fix a top that another tailor shop had done bad alterations on. I was concerned that this top was beyond repair because the other shop took too much fabric…. I was wrong and Sew Special Design made a seamless fix. This business was so kind and tried to not have me pay because of how bad the initial alteration was. Because of how good the fix was, I insisted on paying. I will only be using Sew Special Design in the future and HIGHLY recommend. Thank you for saving my top and for your kindness :)

I don’t usually leave these types of reviews, but I feel it is also important for vendors to be aware of issues so they can work towards fixing them. I came here about a year or so ago (so things might have changed) and although the quality of the work was fine, I did feel uncomfortable trying on clothing around the tailors, who seemed to be all men. Two of my friends had very similar experiences where they felt the men staring. It led us to look for other tailors in the area.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT trust this place with your clothes. I ignored the terrible reviews and paid the ultimate price. I walked out with my brand new clothes destroyed. The stitching looked like a kindergartner’s first project… crooked, sloppy, and downright embarrassing. The straps on my bikini top and lingerie were so thick and ugly they completely ruined my expensive pieces. I forked over $60 for this disaster just days before my honeymoon. The shop was a filthy boiling sauna and if that wasn’t bad enough one of the men was blatantly staring at me through the curtain during my fitting. Creepy disrespectful and completely unprofessional. If you value your clothes or your dignity steer clear of this place. It’s a scam, a nightmare, and a total waste of money. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I cannot recommend Marco and his team enough! Every time I bring something in, whether it’s a small adjustment or a major alteration, they do an absolutely wonderful job. Their craftsmanship is consistently excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their work. On top of that, the customer service is fantastic. Marco and his team are always friendly, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything fits perfectly. It’s rare to find such a great combination of skill and genuine care for customers these days. If you’re looking for a tailor who delivers top-notch quality and service, Marco is the one to trust!
