Highly recommend this tour, especially if you are visiting San Francisco for the first time. We saw so many amazing sites and felt that the stops were planned out perfectly. Our tour guide Per was great! He kept us informed and entertained with music and jokes. He even went out of his way to help me with a minor issue that came up. We learned so much about the history of the city and he had so many interesting fun facts to share. His knowledge of the city and recommendations of things to do and places to eat were much appreciated. Be sure to book direct through SF Excursions to help out their small business!

Our family (11 year old son, 15 year old daughter, and two parents) had an amazing time with Alex on the tour yesterday! Even though it rained nearly the entire time and was foggy, we had a blast. Alex took us to several stops we had been looking forward to seeing and even took some great family shots of us at the stops, so we could all be in the picture. :) He kept the ride entertaining and engaging and he clearly has a love for the area. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great sightseeing trip in San Francisco! They have a helpful option to tip using a QR code using Venmo or PayPal. As a side note, we accidentally forgot our booster seat on the bus that we had stored above the seat area. (Our son is on the shorter side, but it wasn’t needed, because the seats are only a lap belt.) Alex was so kind to come and bring it to us while we were trapped in a long line to visit Alcatraz. Saved the day! Thanks Alex!

Per was a wonderful tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of information about San Francisco. He even threw in a few jokes to make it fun. The tour itself was great. We had enough time at each place for an enjoyable experience. We did the Golden Gate Bridge, Muir Woods, Sausalito and Alcatraz. Highly recommend San Francisco Excursions.

Great tour! We saw a lot in one day, and our guide, Alex was super personable and knowledgeable. He knows a lot about the history of SF! The stops were nice to hike, eat, and go on to Alcatraz. We wanted to get better pics close to the Golden Gate Bridge, but it was pretty foggy. Anyway, we’d recommend the tour with the Alcatraz option. It’s a great day!
